OVERVIEW

Southern Pines Hyundai is really feeling the squeeze.  It’s landlocked between two other large Phil Smith Auto Group stores, with no room to grow.  Conveniently the group owns a piece of property just up the street that was suitable for a brand-new stand-alone Hyundai store. In the coming months the existing building on the property will be raised and work will start on a new Hyundai GDSI store for the region.
