Mazda’s Retail Evolution program is in full swing around the US with dealers investing in the ever strengthening Mazda brand. Rick Case Automotive’s Mazda facility in Duluth, GA was operating at capacity. 

To better serve their clients, the Cases decided to double service capacity while renovating their front of house to the new RE standard. With such an extensive renovation and expansion, trying to accomplish this in phases would extend the timeline for the project and be a tremendous challenge keeping the facility operational.

Ownership made the strategic decision to activate a nearby facility that was available and in a four-day period relocated the entire dealership to the other facility. A combination of client marketing and impactful banners at the construction site have meant a smooth transmission to the temporary location.  We fully expect to see the Rick Case Mazda team return to an almost completely brand-new facility by the end of 2024.
