OVERVIEW

Nissan dealers across the US are investing in their stores and bringing them up to the new Nissan NREDI facility standards.  ID Automotive was referred to the ownership team at Performance Nissan by another client of ours.   They had initially started down the path of managing  their NREDI facility renovation on their own.  Concern over the cost of the quote they had received from a local architect, given the limited scope of the project, made them reconsider managing the project.  

The ID Automotive team quickly jumped in. We brought on board an architect with automotive facility experience who put together a proposal much more in line with expectations.  ID Automotive has been working closely with the Performance Nissan management team to move this project from concept to reality.  Renovations are underway and the updated showroom, service drive, and façade will all come together this fall.
