OVERVIEW

The Moore Automotive name is synonymous with the Subaru and Cadillac brands in Virginia.  Their Richmond location is a dual brand store with both brands currently sharing the facility.  The Subaru business continues to grow. As a result management has put together a multi-year development plan for the property. This will see Cadillac move to it’s own new stand-alone facility leaving the existing facility for Subaru.  

 ID Automotive is overseeing a significant multi-phase renovation of the facility that is already under way.  One of the two workshops on site has been completely renovated and turned back over to their service team. The second workshop is currently under renovation along with the parts department and staff areas including change rooms, washrooms and break area. 

The service and parts renovation is targeted for completion by the end of 2024. A full front of house renovation will commence for stand-alone Subaru once Cadillac has relocated.  A multi-story parking garage is also in the planning stages for this property.
