State-of-the-art building will house Aston Martin, Bentley, Karma and Koenigsegg
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – On Wednesday February 17th, Exclusive Automotive Group broke ground on a new fifteen million dollar dealership at 45180 Russell Branch Parkway, Ashburn, Virginia. The state-of-the-art building will be home to the Aston Martin, Bentley, Karma, and Koenigsegg brands for the region.
ID automotive has been selected as the Automotive Facility Consultant for the project and will coordinate all facets of design and construction for the Exclusive Automotive Group. ID automotive, as an experienced facility partner to other OEMs, is uniquely positioned in their ability to ensure the manufacturers brand design considerations are correctly implemented within the customer’s overall design concept.

The facility will indeed have a lot to offer automotive enthusiasts. Features will include a car elevator, a public space between the showrooms that can be utilized for functions and activities along with a catering kitchen, state-of-the-art equipment in the service center, charging stations and service space for fully electric vehicles, and a 20,000 square foot, second-story showroom that will be visible to the 77,000 cars that pass by every day on Harry Byrd Highway. The Exclusive Automotive Group hopes the increased visibility will attract fellow car enthusiasts to visit and share their passion for cars.
Construction is expected to be completed in May 2022.
