OVERVIEW

When Joey Accardi and Phil Smith Auto Group were given the opportunity to acquire a new CDRJ point in Mobile, AL he came to ID Automotive to assist with the project. ID Automotive drove the market and helped the Accardi team choose a new greenfield location for the facility. From there ID Automtive managed the entire project. Starting with the selection of the Architect and GC, then further into construction soliciting competitive bids for interior furnishings, and workshop build out. When work on the project reached completion ID Automotive insured receipt of Certificate of Occupancy. After completing a thorough inspection of the facility the ID Automotive team met with the GC to work through the punch list items identified. ID Automotive also worked with the Accardi team on future proofing the electrical infrastructure to support charging needs for future product coming from Stellantis.
