OVERVIEW

Approximately 20 years ago the Bev Smith team moved into their present facility. It has served them and the community very well. As their client base has grown year over year, they are now “bursting at the seams” in Service. The front of house was also starting to show its age and was no longer compliant with Toyota USA Image 2 requirements.

The team met with ID Automotive and put together a plan for a major renovation and expansion. The entire showroom and front of house was gutted and rebuilt to better serve the needs of clients and staff.

The service department is expanded off the back of their existing facility to double capacity while adding a brand new drive through car wash. In addition, an all new three lane service drive equipped with Hunter Quick Check Drive will welcome service customers.

This significant investment by the Bev Smith team will position the facility well for years to come.
