Heyward Allen Toyota’s service department was running at capacity all the time. They had clearly outgrown their existing service footprint. ID Automotive sat down with the management team and looked at expansion options. In the end a new satellite detail center was constructed which included the addition of a state of the art commercial car wash. Moving these services out of the existing building has allowed for the large service expansion to proceed. In anticipation of an increase in service customers, the customer lounge has been updated to include a Chick-fil-A cafe. This will allow customers to enjoy a meal while waiting for their car’s service to be completed.
