Milton Martin Toyota made a major investment in their facility. The ownership team decided to completely relocate the store within their market area and build brand new from the ground up. In addition to the sales and service facility, the Milton Martin team put up a major collision center on the property as well. ID Automotive assisted with the overall project management and even designed in a Chick-fil-A cafe in the customer lounge. ID Automotive reached out to the local Chick-fil-A franchisee and offered them a satellite location inside the Milton Martin Toyota store. The dealer provided the space, service counter, sink, warming drawers and refrigerated display cooler. The local Chick-fil-A franchisee provides the food and drink and staffs the counter each day. Staff and customers alike appreciate the availability of a warm meal onsite. The additional Chick-fil-A location also brings in potential customers who may not have otherwise stopped at the store before.
