Earl Stewart Toyota was a significant facility renovation and expansion. The market had outgrown the existing facility so a major expansion was needed. The Earl Stewart ownership team asked ID Automotive to manage the entire project for them. In addition to the major facility renovation, the project scope included working with the city on the abandonment of an existing road and associcated land abatement. The updated facility brought the store up to Southeast Toyota Distributors current brand standard. A unique feature of the customer facing are in the facility is a $100,000 fish tank with an area inside that allows children to crawl inside and be “inside” the tank. ID Automotive works with our clients to find budget savings that allow for special unique touches while staying within the project budget.
