Tallahassee Ford needed to upgrade their facility to the latest brand standards. Phil Smith Auto Group brought in ID Automotive to manage the complete renovation project. Key to the project was keeping the store open through the renovation period. ID Automotive coordinated modular trailers which were brought on site to house all the sales functions throughout the renovation.
