OVERVIEW

Approximately 20 years ago the Bev Smith team moved into their present facility. It has served them and the community very well. As their client base has grown year over year, they are now really bursting at the seams in Service. The front of house was also starting to show its age and was no longer compliant with Toyota USA Image 2 requirements.

The team met with ID Automotive and put together a plan for a major renovation and expansion. The entire showroom and front of house has been gutted and is being rebuilt to better serve the needs of clients and staff.

The service department is expanding off the back of their current facility to double capacity and add a brand new drive through car wash. In addition, an all new three lane service drive equipped with Hunter Quick Check Drive will welcome service customers.

We expect the front of house to be completed by late summer 2024 with the service expansion opening it’s doors by year’s end. An additional piece of property immediately to the North of the dealership will start development in the coming months for additional inventory storage, and staff parking. This significant investment by the Bev Smith team will position the facility well for the next decade.
