OVERVIEW

Moore Cadillac in Richmond, VA is part of a dual franchise facility shared with Subaru.  While both brands have co-existed successfully for quite a while, space has run out.  It’s time to give each brand its own dedicated space.  Ownership decided to take a twofold approach to the issue. Step one start construction on a multi-level parking garage for the Subaru facility.  Step two repurpose a nearby wholly owned dealership facility into a brand-new stand-alone Cadillac Boneline Signature facility.   

 The existing facility had been leased and operated for a number of years as an independent vehicle repair facility.  As a result, the facility needed significant updating throughout.  The workshop, parts department and tech areas have been completely cleared of equipment and are being updated from the floor to the ceiling.  The entire front of house and service reception footprint has been reimagined to accommodate the new Cadillac standard.  By the end of 2026, this 25 year old facility will be new once again. Now proudly representing the Cadillac brand.
