OVERVIEW

Moore Subaru is in a tight spot. Literally.  The dealership is bursting at the seams and there’s nowhere to grow in any direction but up. So that’s what they decided to do.   Ownership has vacated a large sloping parking lot at the back of the facility and is currently building a multi-story parking garage which will be able to accommodate new car inventory as well as staff and customer vehicle parking. To future proof the site, there is even space to expand service if necessary. 

 This parking garage project represents phase two of a three phase project that is completely reinventing the entire facility.  In 2024 the company a full renovation of the service shop area. Upon completion of the parking garage the company will be reimagining the front of house space to meet the new Subaru image standard.
